Refund Policy
Please keep in mind we are a small boutique.
For non-sale items, you can exchange/store credit an item within 7 days; with all the tags intact on the garment. If the garment does not have a tag, we cannot do a refund.
For sale items, it is all sales final. No exchange or store credit.
All dresses (day and evening) are an all sales final. No exchange or store credit.
All accessories (jewellery, handbags, scarves, belts, gloves, toques, etc) are an all sales final. No exchange or store credit.
Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in store, nor can products purchased in store be returned or exchanged online
Sonia's Runway has the right to decline a return or exchange should it not fulfill the following criteria:
- Tags must be intact
- Item must not have been worn or altered
- Sonia's Runway was not notified regarding the item in question
- Original invoice be present
It is the responsibility of the customer to first contact Sonia's Runway in order for a return or exchange to take place. No exceptions. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
